Privacy Policy

Scripture Studios LLC is a small web studio based in New Jersey. This page explains, in plain English, what I collect when you use this site or hire me, and what I do with it.

What I collect

• Contact info you send me. If you fill out the contact form or email me, I keep your name, email, business name, and whatever you write so I can reply and quote the work.
• Basic analytics. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics — IP address, browser, pages viewed. Used to see what's working on the site, not to profile you.
• Cookies. Only the essentials needed to run the site. No third-party ad trackers.

What I don't do

• I don't sell your data. Ever.
• I don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• I don't use it for anything other than running the studio and replying to you.

Third parties I rely on

To run the studio I use a few outside services. They each get only the data they need:

• Vercel — hosts this site and handles request logs.
• Resend (and AWS SES after launch) — delivers email I send you.

Your rights

If you live in California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, you have the right to:

• Know what I have on file about you.
• Ask me to delete it.
• Opt out of any data sharing (I don't share — but the right is yours).

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from kids. If you believe I have, email me and I'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, I'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be obvious — not buried.
